If you have a gas oven which uses gas marks, or if your oven doesn't go low enough, that's not a problem! Just follow the steps below:
1. Turn the oven as low as it will go, but make sure that it actually is on and heating up
2. Hang a tea towel in between the door of the oven and the oven itself so that it keeps closed but doesn't shut completely. This will keep the temperature down a bit more and will help any moisture to escape.
3. Wait until the biltong is done, but it may take closer to 2 hours as the oven is slightly higher so keep an eye on it.
