I would recommend being careful when using glass bottles, as explosions are never nice. If you do want to bottle into glass bottles, using a swing top bottle is probably the best idea and then keep it in the fridge to slow the fermentation. Plastic is still probably best however as you can easily tell the pressure inside and it’s possible to release a little at a time.
